I had finally come home. My two story house stood right in front of me. I was afraid to walk inside. What was my mom going to me? I walked slowly to the door. I put my hand on the nob, turning it like I was in a horror movie. "Im ready," I told myself, "You lived with your mom for so long. It's not like she'll do something terrible. She will probably just ground me for like a month." I took a deep breath, preparing myself for whatever was going to happen. I finally had the courage to walk in. The house was quiet, as if it had been empty for so long. "Mom!" I screamed loud enough so she can hear me. I walked in the dining room and saw the plate I left there from this morning. I grabbed it and put it in the kitchen sink telling myself to wash it later. Then I saw a note on the kitchen counter.
I picked it up and was surprised on what it said.
"Hi sweetheart,
As you can tell I am not home, but I will be. I am taking a night shift at work today.
There are left overs in the fridge if you get hungry. Don't worry I am not mad about you getting detention.
-Love Mom"

The End Part4
I was walking home from detention when I got a call from my mom. I started to panic because I knew she was going to scream at me for being late. She was probably preparing dinner all ready even though it was 4:30. I answered the call preparing to get screamed at.
"Hello mom." I answered the call like there was nothing wrong.
"Hi sweet heart," my mom said "Where are you? Dinner is almost ready."
"Mom i had to stay after school because, umm." I paused " I got detention." There was silence and, I could hear my moms breath getting heavier.
"Okay, honey," My mom said calmly, "I will see you when you get home." Then she hung up. I was shocked that she didn't scream at me. I was afraid on what she was going to do to me when I got home. Was she going to hurt me? Spank me with her belt? Lock me in my room without anything to do? I guess I would find out when I got home.

The End Part3
"Ding" The bell for school to finish finally rang. I thought I would be going home from a nice day, but I guess not. I had to go to detention with Christina and my teacher Mrs. H. I just wanted to go home and take a huge nap. Also when if my parents found out that I got detention on the first day of school they are going to kill me. I started to walk towards Mrs.H's class, then I saw Christina walking towards me. I started to walk faster because I wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone today. I saw her giving me a questioned look then a nod. She started to walk even faster. She had a competitive look on her face. I think she thought I wanted to race to detention, but really I wasn't. She started to pass me, and I couldn't help it I had to go before her. So I started to run. Then we ended up actually racing to detention. We ran in the classroom out of breath. We both turned around and saw Mrs.H giving us the dirtiest look on earth. We slowly walked to the same seats we sat in homeroom.Christina and I weren't alone. In fact, Michael got detention too. Christina and I started to laugh at Michael. "Be quite," Michael snapped at us "You guys also got detention on the first day of school." Christina and I stopped laughing and looked back at Mrs.H. "You guys will be in detention for a hour," Mrs.H started to explain. "There's no talking, reading, homework, or looking at me. So you guys will just sit there and think about what you guys did wrong." Michael, Christina, and I just started to look at each other, and we all knew what we were thinking, "This day keeps getting better and better."

The end Part 2
"What class do you have next?" I heard Christina whisper in my ear.Shewas sitting behind me in homeroom. "I have biology with Mr. Golpher." I can hear Christina giggling behind me. His name always cracked her up. "Shhhhhhh, no talking in homeroom." Our homeroom teacher, Mrs. H screamed. "what about you Christina, what class do you have next?" "Same class as you. With Mr. Golpher." she whispered giggling. I looked back and Mrs. H. She was giving us a death stare. I could feel a smerk growing on my mouth. I looked down, staring at my watch waiting for the bell to ring. RING RING! "FINALLY! TIME FOR MR. GOLPHER!!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs and jumping up in the air. Christina started to laugh so hard. I turned around and saw Mrs. H walk towards me. I look behind me and saw no one in the class except for me and Christina. I turned back around and saw Mrs. H right in front of me. "Well I guess I'll see both of you in detention after school " she said. " Won't I?" I turned around looking back at Christina and I said, "This day just keeps getting better."

The End
How did I end up here? My life is ruined. I'm a 16 year old boy and I'm getting arrested. I look around me and the only thing I see is red and blue flashing lights. Police men pointing guns at me and my friends. I remember how it started. It was a few months ago at the beginning of sophomore year and my friends and I wanted to do something big that everyone would remember.
RING! RING! The school bell rang. "Great the first day of sophomore year." I said sarcastically to my best friend Christina. "I can't wait." 'Yup," she said playing along, "New classes, new teachers, maybe new friends." "No way!" I screamed while putting my hands in the air. "Michael and you will always be my best friends." "Speaking of Michael, where is he?" she asked. "I'm right behind you!" We turned around and saw Michael with his hands out looking like he was getting ready to hug someone. Christina and I looked at each other reading each others mind. We looked back at Michael and ran towards him trying to do an attack hug. We all started to laugh while everyone was starring at us. "What could possibly go wrong in our sophomore year?" I said.

Last Halloween: Section 7
Section 7
I heard his footsteps heading towards the door. With my pulse beating fast, my breath heavy, and my lungs fighting for air. I heard him closing the door, and my eyes opened it a flash. I leaned forward breathing heavily. I new what was coming. I knew what he was going to do. He's going to kill me.
My heart was pounding. I was struggling to get out of the rusty old chains I was in. I was trying to come up with ways to get out of this stupid chair. I wanted to be free. I tried to remember some movies I watched and how they got out of locked up chains. I looked around me making sure there wasn't a way he could be watching me. I didn't see any cameras or any wholes in the walls. I just saw the dimmed light above me. I lifted myself in the air and leaned back. Behind me the wooden chair snapping. I stood up and the chains loosened from around my body. I untangled the chains so I could be free. I stretched my arms and legs. I felt free. I looked all around my arms seeing cuts and blood all around them. I looked around trying to find an exit besides the door. Sadly, the door was the only exit. I pulled on the dimmed light, hoping that there would some kind of secret passage. But of course there wasn't. I wasn't in a movie. All of the sudden I heard a creaking noise. "Oh gosh." I said while slowly turning to the door. The door wasn't opening, so what was? I turned quickly to the other side of the room. I saw a big whole. "Well that wasn't there before." I slowly walked in the passage. It was dark, I couldn't tell where I was going. I stopped knowing there was a dead end. I walked closer pushing the wall in front of me. It opened, I was in a completely different room. "So you found me huh." I heard a voice. "Well so lets begin on our big surprise, shall we?" I started to shake slowly turning, looking down on the wooden floor. I was finally facing him. I looked up and there he was, Dexter, holding a gun towards my head. "Lets begin now." He said. I looked down closing my eyes. POW! I heard loud gunfire coming from behind me.
I opened my eyes. I saw Dexter slowly going down to the ground. I started to step back, and I bumped into someone. I slowly turned around afraid of who it might be. Then I saw him. I felt shocked; afraid. It was him, the guy from my dream. "Well he's dead now." the man said. "Now it's your turn." he started to point the gun to my head. I started to run to Dexter, heading towards his gun. The man fired the gun. I ducked and the bullet missed me. I slid down getting the gun from Dexter's hand. I turned around pointing the gun at the man. We where both pointing guns at each other. "Let's fight like men shall we?" I said trying to sound confident but really I was terrified. "We shall." The man said dropping his gun. He started to put his hands up, getting ready to fight. "You are going to wish you weren't so trusting," I said. I pointing the gun to his head. I closed my eyes and pulled the trigger. I heard a gun fire and a body dropping to the ground. I opened my eyes and saw him on the ground. Then I heard sirens coming from outside of the room. I put the gun on the ground and walked out. I walked out of the house seeing lots of news men and police men. I was finally saved.
I looked up at the detective taking a deep breath. I looked around the metal room and looking at the cuffs that kept me attached to the table. I took a deep breath saying the last part of the story. "That's all." I said. "That's the whole story."

Last Hallowen: section 6
Section 6
I woke up from the terrible dream I had. My heart was pounding so fast, feeling like it could come right out of my chest. I was still in the wooden chair locked up in the rusty, old chains. I felt happy my dream wasn't real, but still wanting to be free and just lay in my own bed. In my own house. I wanted my dog. I wanted all this to be over already. Why can't Dexter see that I didn't do anything wrong. Why does he need to hurt me I didn't make him an orphan my parents did. Maybe he wants to get his revenge on my parents by hurting me or even killing me. I was his best friend. I was there for him when he had his ups and downs. Why would he want to hurt me? I turned my head when I heard a door creaking. I was trying to see if it was Dexter, and it was. I closed my eyes pretending to be asleep. I could sense his presence right in front of me, and I could feel his breath on my face. I
tried so hard to keep my eyes closed. I felt his palm rest on my cheek. I flinched a little. I didn't think he noticed. "You better wake up soon." He said calmly. "Something big is coming."

Last Halloween Section 5
Section 5
I was still exploring the small and old apartment Dexter brought me to. I tried to find an exit to leave. I obviously couldn't use the door. He probably booby-trapped it. I was thinking about exiting through the window. I looked around to see if there where any cameras. I thought I saw one so I walked over to see if it was and I was right. I tried to look around the camera to see if there were some way to disconnect it. All I saw was a blue wire and a red wire. "Bang!" I heard the noise coming from the other side of the apartment. I walked slowly to where the noise was coming from. "Bang! BANG!" The noise got louder. I stood still and shivers when up and down my spine when I realized the noise was coming from the wooden door. Was he coming for me? I thought. I walked slowly to the door, trying to figure out what that noise could be. It could be Dexter or it could be the neighbors, if there where any. I put my shivering hand on the door nob. It was cold like no one had touched it for a very long time. My face lost its color. It so pale I looked like a corpse. I slowly opened the door. The loud creaky noise coming from the door made it even worse. I was looking at the floor to scared to look up. I was terrified, I didn't know what was coming. I slowly turned my head up. I jumped back with fear. I froze my face as pale as ever. "Why." I said in a shivering voice. "Why not?" the man said with the large and metal ax.

Last Halloween Section 4
Section 4
"My parents wouldn't do anything like that." I whispered. "Not to a child." For some reason part of me believed him, but the other part didn't. Now that I thought about it, my parents were a little mysterious. It always felt like they where hiding something from me. I always ignored that feeling because they never kept secrets from me. Or at least I thought so. I kept telling myself "It's not true. It's not true. Don't believe him he's a psycho." I closed my eyes and took a deep a breath. When I opened my eyes Dexter was gone. I tried looking around but the chains around me made it difficult to. I gave up and my eyes started to shut. I was so tired. I tried so hard not to fall asleep. Then I gave up again and fell asleep.
I woke up in another room. I wasn't in a chair or tied up in the old rusty chains. I looked around to see where I was. It looked like an ordinary room that would be in a house. I got up so I could see more. I saw a light coming from a wall. It looked like something was blocking it. I walked to the light. It looked like curtains where covering a window. I grabbed the curtains from each side and moved the curtains to the side. I squinted because the light went into my eyes. I turned around and it was an ordinary apartment. "Why would he bring me here?" I said in my head. I turned back at the window. I remembered everything that happened last night. How my dog died, how I was locked in chains, and I figured out my parents made a child an orphan. "What could possibly happen next." I thought, "Well anything can happen."

Last Halloween Section 3
Section 3
Dexter, I thought in my head. It sounded so familiar. I don't know where I heard it from, or if I even did hear it. "Do I know you?" I asked confused as ever. "In fact you do from a long time ago." Dexter said. When he said that shivers when up and down my spine. I tried to remember him but I couldn't. "You won't remember me. It was 12 years ago ever since we talked and ever since your parents, well you know what they did." What would my parents ever do to someone I knew 12 years ago? I looked at him even more. Then I remembered him. He was one of my best friends in middle school. What would my parents do so badly so that my old best friend would want to get revenge. " Listen, Dexter, I don't think my parents did anything that bad to you that would make you want to get revenge." I said trying to keep a calm voice. "You. They. They didn't tell you what they did to me and my family." He was laughing hysterically while tears came out of his eyes. He started to point his gun at me. I tried to avoid the fact that he could kill me at any second, any minute now. He walked closer to me I could feel his breath on my pale face. You could say that there was about an inch separating us. I tried to move back but he grabbed by my shoulder and brought me even closer. So close that our noses where touching. I could feel tears running down my cheeks. "Your parents, well, your parents made me become an orphan." He said in the calmest voice I ever heard.

Last Halloween Section 2
Section 2
My eyes started to shut when he began to drag me by my legs. The pain went away like I never got shot in the leg. I looked back at my house and saw my dog Tracy coming down the wooden stairs. She saw the man and my wounded leg and started to bark. Tracy ran to the man and started to attack him. The man let go of my legs, and I could feel that I was weak in my bones. I shut my eyes. Before I totally blacked out I heard a gun fire and a cry of a dog.
I woke up on a wooden chair with rusty old chains around me. I looked up and a very dimmed light was above my head. The rest of the room was pitched black. I could hear drops of water hitting the ground. I looked at my wound and it was covered with a piece of cloth. I struggled to get out of the chains but they got tighter and tighter. "Don't try to escape." The man said, " The chains will get tighter every time you struggle to get out." I started to squint my eyes to try to see better. " Who are you?" I asked. " My name is......" He said while walking into the light, " Dexter."

Last Halloween Section 1
Section 1
I was home alone with no one there but my dog Tracy. I was watching the TV show American Idol when I heard a knock at the door. I grabbed the candy to give to the children, opened the door with the candy in the other hand. I saw a grown man. He seemed to be in his late 20's. "I'm sorry, do you need help with anything?" I asked. The man kept on staring at me with his beady eyes. "Sir I do not think this is funny." I said "Now if you'll excuse me." I started to close the door when the man viciously grabbed my wrist. Before I could scream for help, the man covered my mouth. I struggled to get out of his arms, but the more I struggled the tighter he grabbed me. I bit his hand and stomped on his ginormous foot. He released me and screamed at the pain. I started to run as fast as a cheetah. When I looked behind me, I saw the aggressive man pull out a gun and shoot my leg. I started to fall down while screaming. Tears started coming out of my eyes because my leg hurt so badly. My leg started to get numb. I tried to get up. I turned around and the man was right behind me. "What do you want?" I cried out. He bent down to look into my hazel colored eyes. " I want revenge." He said in a deep voice.
